I finally opened this....thanks to REIKU.ORG for hosting me!

anyway it was kind of hard to pick a name for the site....I'm not sure why i decided on serene but oh well. I was too busy to make a new layout so for now settle for my v.6 from Kuroyuki[net] I made a few adjustments so it looks prettier.

Right now I'm trying to figure out how to display pending members and approved member and to make the code include the bottom banner, can anyone help please?
